📋 Description

• Lead a team of Growth Specialists in Zillow Preferred’s partner support • Operationalize AI powered partner support strategy • Help refine the strategy for a scalable support model • Lead and develop a team, setting a high bar for accountability • Build and run the operating system for scalability • Drive partner success and growth through the team • Partner cross-functionally to build improvements in AI quality and partner experience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant leadership experience in customer success, partner operations, support strategy, account management, service operations, or a related field • Experience leading high-performing frontline teams; experience leading leaders or scaled frontline organizations is preferred • Strong strategic thinker who can connect customer needs, operational design, and business outcomes • Comfortable with AI-enabled workflows and applying human judgment • Strong systems thinker who can design operating mechanisms and use data to drive performance • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior internal stakeholders and partner leaders in complex situations
