📋 Description

• Own the launch timeline for each assigned franchisee from signing through approximately four weeks after opening • Hand off franchisees cleanly to the franchise coaching team • Run weekly launch calls with new owners • Review checklist progress, assign next steps, and remove roadblocks • Coordinate starter-pack orders, including samples, displays, and installation equipment • Coordinate vehicle and branding setup • Coordinate insurance and licensing documentation • Set up and verify new territories in GoHighLevel, Zinga's Estimator Tool, and JobTread • Schedule new owners and first hires into monthly training cohorts and track completion • Partner with Franchise Marketing on local listings, launch campaigns, and grand-opening events • Maintain the system-wide launch tracker for leadership visibility • Identify launch delays and propose improvements to the NSO playbook, checklists, and templates • Ensure HQ-owned NSO Launch Map tasks are completed by their due dates • Flag risks to opening dates to Operations within two business days • Complete pre-opening checklists before opening day • Support new owners in achieving first paid installs within 30 days of opening

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in project coordination, franchise onboarding, or operations • Ideally experience in home services, multi-unit businesses, or a franchise system • Track record of managing several deadlines simultaneously without dropping details • Clear, warm communication with business owners • Ability to hold people to timelines without friction • Comfort learning software quickly • Experience with GoHighLevel, JobTread, or similar CRM and field-service tools is a plus • Willingness to travel occasionally; travel is light
