📋 Description

• Set objectives and approach for Zip's most critical, highest-stakes value engagements • Own Zip's value methodology end to end, including models, benchmark data, evidence standards, and governance • Represent Zip externally with customer executives, industry forums, and analysts • Feed realized-outcome data and customer economics into product prioritization, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy • Solve systemic problems limiting value delivery at scale and build durable execution structures • Develop value fluency across the go-to-market organization through coaching and standards development • Shape the use of AI in value modeling and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with deep domain grounding in procurement, source-to-pay, or enterprise finance transformation • Demonstrated ownership of company-level or industry-level direction in business value, value engineering, management consulting, or strategic finance • Expertise in enterprise value quantification and defensible economic modeling under uncertainty • Track record of influencing senior executives internally and externally, including CFO- and CPO-level buyers • Ability to navigate systemic, highly ambiguous problems spanning multiple teams and functions • Sound judgment about AI-assisted analysis • Evidence of coaching senior practitioners, raising quality standards, and building reusable organizational assets • Experience establishing a value function or methodology from scratch at a high-growth enterprise software company (nice to have) • Existing external presence through published work, speaking, or relationships in the procurement or CFO community (nice to have)
