📋 Description

• Facilitate weekly 1.5–2-hour Zoom sessions focused on project-based AI workflow learning • Customize slide decks, review on-demand content and Playbooks, and prepare discussions • Participate in course Slack to answer learner questions and provide guidance • Help learners apply automation skills through hands-on projects, guided builds, and real-world use cases • Support learners in troubleshooting, refining, and expanding core workflows • Complete the course in advance and gain hands-on experience with all tools, workflows, and assignments • Inspire learners, build confidence, and foster practical understanding of AI-powered workflows • Drive engagement, retention, and learner success through interactive facilitation • Join course debriefs with Ziplines team members and instructional designers • Commit approximately 4 hours per week for 5 weeks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI automation, AI workflows, or related domains • Proven ability to build, troubleshoot, and present end-to-end automation workflows • Experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, NotebookLM, ChatGPT Plus, OpenAI API configuration, Miro, Slack, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Gamma • Experience guiding learners through complex automation challenges in Zoom-based, hands-on learning environments • Ability to integrate business tools and platforms into automation workflows • Exceptional communication skills for simplifying complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences • Ability to foster engagement in Zoom-based adult-learning environments • Able to commit to a full 5-week course term • Availability to lead one weekly 2-hour live Zoom session on weekday evenings from 4–6 pm PST or 6–8 pm PST • Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship • Highly organized, dependable, and proactive in session preparation
