📋 Description

• Own the job seeker profile and apply flow, including funnel KPIs, screens, and questions • Align employer Product, matching and qualification, trust and safety, platform engineering, mobile, messaging, legal, and compliance partners on a shared roadmap • Define what job seeker information to collect, how to collect it, and how to use it to improve later steps • Improve conversion from job click to application start and from application start to completion • Partner with employer-side teams to improve application quality and delivery into employer systems • Monitor application starts and completions, profile completeness and accuracy, and job seeker retention • Design, interpret, and resolve experiments while considering long-term marketplace health • Conduct job seeker interviews and research to understand trust, expectations, and application friction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in product management, with a record of delivering results • Experience shipping products dependent on many teams with competing goals • Strong writing, tradeoff framing, stakeholder alignment, and decision-driving skills • Strong UI/UX instincts for high-traffic consumer flows • Understanding of shared platforms, APIs, and MCPs • Ability to reason about model quality and failure modes • Experience owning a high-volume consumer flow such as onboarding, checkout, sign-up, or application • Experience improving conversion through sustained experimentation • Experience shipping machine-learning-powered product features such as extraction, classification, ranking, or generative assistance • Ability to evaluate AI/ML features before and after launch • Strong analytical and data problem-solving skills • Passion for speaking directly with users and conducting user research • Marketplace experience, profile or identity product experience, cross-platform delivery, and employer integration familiarity are preferred qualifications
