📋 Description

• Create a detailed roadmap and define future capabilities for digital and telehealth products • Work with technical and non-technical peers and senior management to influence, guide, and grow products • Develop new ideas through engagement with stakeholders, customers, patients, providers, and prospects • Define and maintain the patient-facing AI platform roadmap and long-term vision • Prioritize investments across platform capabilities, infrastructure, governance, and enablement • Balance demand for new capabilities against stability, reliability, and security requirements • Own the Product Requirements Document lifecycle for platform capabilities • Define model lifecycle management, evaluation and observability infrastructure, platform enablement tooling, security and governance controls, and testing and quality assurance frameworks • Partner with engineering, architecture, security, analytics, and product teams to define requirements and priorities • Align stakeholders on platform standards, adoption strategy, and release readiness • Drive enterprise-wide platform decisions and trade-offs • Define success metrics across adoption, reliability, quality, cost, and operational performance • Establish evaluation, monitoring, rollout, and rollback practices for platform changes • Ensure platform investments are connected to measurable business and operational outcomes • Drive product prioritization and detailed product definition for digital and telemedicine products • Engage with customers through multiple channels and serve as the voice of the customer • Provide written and verbal product roadmap updates to senior leadership • Interface with operations and technology leaders to ensure digital products can scale • Remain knowledgeable about applicable laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or other related areas • 4 years of experience working as a product manager or other relevant position • Significant experience in product lifecycle management • Experience working in an agile environment • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications • Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct reporting lines • Strong problem-solving skills • Time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Leadership skills and ability to lead change across all levels of the organization • Direct product delivery experience with Contact Center AI platforms or developer platforms • Experience with cloud infrastructure or shared services • Experience with model management, observability, or evaluation frameworks • Experience with workflow orchestration or automation platforms • Experience balancing platform stability and reliability, enterprise governance and security, internal-team enablement and self-service, and new feature delivery and innovation • Healthcare experience strongly preferred, including patient access and scheduling, contact center technology, EHR integrations, and clinical or operational workflow platforms
