📋 Description

• Lead technical and business discovery with enterprise and strategic clients and prospects • Translate client workflows, systems, and requirements into clear Zocks solution designs • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept • Serve as subject-matter expert on AI, platform architecture, integrations, and data handling • Identify recurring customer needs and shape them into new Zocks-based solutions • Build reusable assets, reference designs, and solution materials for enterprise selling • Partner with delivery teams on sale-to-implementation transition and scoped commitments • Bring structured customer feedback to Product and Product Marketing • Keep Account Executives current on new capabilities and positioning • Drive technical confidence in enterprise and strategic opportunities • Help turn field-identified solutions into repeatable Zocks offerings • Support customers evolving from standard Zocks use cases to advanced custom solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience in technical consulting, sales/solution engineering, and/or solution architecture supporting complex, long-term enterprise client engagements • Intermediate to expert knowledge of AI systems and architecture • Ability to speak credibly to highly technical audiences about how AI applications are built, governed, and deployed • Strong grounding in integration design and common enterprise integration patterns, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce • Executive presence and clear written and verbal communication • Ability to translate technical detail for business decision-makers • Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment where processes and assets are still being built • Background and reference checks required as part of onboarding • Candidates must reside in one of: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wisconsin
