📋 Description

• Conduct daily outbound collection activities by contacting delinquent customers regarding past-due balances and securing payment commitments • Negotiate and establish payment arrangements according to Zoetis Credit Policy • Maintain positive customer relationships while managing collection efforts and minimizing aged receivables • Investigate and follow up on customer disputes, deductions, delayed payments, and invoice settlement issues • Partner with the Credit Team to review accounts, communicate with Sales Representatives, and identify accounts requiring credit holds • Collaborate with Customer Service, Cash Application, Master Data, Tax, Sales, and Zoetis Loyalty teams to resolve payment-related issues • Identify high-risk and problem accounts, escalating unresolved matters to the Credit Lead Associate and Credit & Collection Manager • Support collection activities involving external collection agencies when appropriate • Complete quarterly Old Items List reviews • Manage Credit Card Auto Pay declines • Follow up on E-Check rejections • Resolve EZPay rejections • Report financial metrics accurately and timely while meeting KPIs and SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of one (1) year of Accounts Receivable or Collections experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word • Experience working with SAP (preferred) • Experience in a high-volume collections or shared services environment (preferred) • Experience with B2B Collections (preferred) • Strong customer service and relationship-management skills • Reconciliation skills comparing data across different systems or databases • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions • Comfortable handling difficult collection conversations while maintaining professionalism • Open to EST and CST time zones • Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US; sponsorship may be pursued at Zoetis's discretion
