• Serve as the primary Commercial Representative for the entire Zoetis Global Hatchery portfolio within the assigned market/region • Provide high-level commercial support to achieve annual gross revenue and margin targets within budgeted expense parameters • Drive new business growth and customer retention within assigned accounts, including Embrex, Hatchery Vaccines, and VMD • Support the development and capabilities of other market-level BioDevice Commercial staff • Dynamically support areas of need within the International Commercial Organizations • Contribute to the development and growth of the BioDevices and Hatchery portfolio business within assigned markets • Work with local market Poultry Business Unit Managers and/or BioDevice Commercial Managers to develop strategies, identify key customers, and identify business opportunities • Provide product portfolio training to local market Poultry/BioDevice Business Unit Managers and their teams • Align with other BioDevice Commercial Managers and Support Specialists on the Global BioDevices strategy • Promote and support lease, sales, and package programs for Hatchery Vaccines, BioDevices, Parts, and Services • Coordinate Zoetis BioDevices commercial activities within assigned markets/regions • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual BioDevices portfolio forecasts • Manage corporate and complex-level customer communications regarding Zoetis Global Hatchery, VMD, products, and services • Develop account plans and serve on account plans led by market-level Commercial teammates • Maintain customer knowledge and use the Hatchery Database to maximize business opportunities • Communicate customer requirements with Customer Service, Veterinary Services, Marketing, market-level Commercial teams, and Global Hatchery Operations • Build an industry network and identify emerging opportunities • Prepare reports on industry news, customer developments, sales objectives, accomplishments, and competitive information • Build customer loyalty through relationships with key account decision-makers and influencers • Provide feedback for marketing plan development • Use the CRM tool to manage accounts, contacts, and business activities • Monitor changes and future needs within assigned accounts and provide monthly forecasts • Guide Operating Plan development and execution
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Life Sciences, Agribusiness, Business, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in poultry, animal health, agricultural, or related industry • 4+ years of commercial/customer-facing experience • Bilingual in English/Spanish • Must be located in Region Supported • Must be able to travel overnight 50% of the time • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to work in animal environments normal to the poultry industry and cGMP/Human Flu Vaccine Production facilities • Highly developed interpersonal skills • 7+ years of experience in BioDevice preferred • Business acumen • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project software) • Excellent attention to detail • Promotes teamwork and cooperation • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community • All applicants must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis • Individuals requiring sponsorship must disclose this fact
