📋 Description

• Provide veterinary dermatology advice virtually via phone, email, and video call to Zoetis Diagnostics customers • Consult with customers regarding clinical case management • Assist customers with interpreting laboratory results and advising on next diagnostic steps and ongoing case management • Work alongside other board specialists to advise customers in various global markets • Liaise with global diagnostic customer support and technical support teams • Assist in optimizing the consultation request, performance, and completion platform • Foster collaborative relationships with Zoetis teams, customers, and KOLs • Facilitate continuing education and mentorship opportunities • Participate in improvement initiatives and other projects • Identify and implement improvements to the consulting service and resolve problems • Provide specialist dermatology input to other Zoetis Diagnostics and PetCare areas • Develop and present continuing education material for Zoetis Diagnostics customers

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified dermatology specialist (ACVD, ECVD, or RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology) • 5+ years of experience of Specialist-level Veterinary dermatology • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; proven skills as an effective team player • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytic and problem-solving abilities • Strong commitment to service • Strong relationship-building skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly while ensuring the expected level of quality • Experience with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills • Authorization to work in the US; sponsorship may be pursued at Zoetis's discretion
