📋 Description

• Provide veterinary dermatology advice virtually via phone, email, and video call to Zoetis Diagnostics customers • Work alongside other board specialists to advise customers in various global markets • Liaise and partner with global diagnostic customer support and technical support teams • Assist in optimizing an innovative consultation request, performance, and completion platform • Foster collaborative relationships within Zoetis and with customers and KOLs • Facilitate continuing education and mentorship opportunities • Participate in improvement initiatives and other projects • Identify and implement ways to improve the consulting service and resolve problems • Provide specialist dermatology input to other areas of Zoetis Diagnostics and PetCare

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified dermatology specialist (ACVD, ECVD, or RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology) • 5+ years of experience of Specialist-level Veterinary dermatology • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; proven skills as an effective team player • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytic and problem-solving abilities • Strong commitment to service • Strong relationship-building skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly while ensuring the expected high level of quality • Experience with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills • Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis • Sponsorship must be disclosed if required
