📋 Description

• Provide veterinary dermatology advice virtually via phone, email, and video call to Zoetis Diagnostics customers • Work alongside other board specialists to advise customers in various global markets • Liaise and partner with global diagnostic customer support and technical support teams • Assist in optimizing an innovative consultation request, performance, and completion platform • Foster positive, collaborative relationships within Zoetis and with customers and KOLs • Facilitate continuing education and mentorship opportunities • Participate in improvement initiatives and other projects as appropriate • Identify and implement ways to improve the consulting service and resolve problems • Provide specialist dermatology input to other areas of Zoetis Diagnostics and PetCare when requested • Consult virtually regarding clinical case management, laboratory result interpretation, next diagnostic steps, and ongoing case management • Develop and present continuing education material for Zoetis Diagnostics customers

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified dermatology specialist (ACVD, ECVD, or RCVS Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology) • 5+ years of experience at Specialist-level Veterinary dermatology • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities • Strong commitment to service • Strong relationship-building skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly while maintaining a high expected level of quality • Experience with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills • Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis
