📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver frozen poultry vaccines • Track and document vaccine orders, deliveries, and chain of custody using inventory and order management systems • Support oversight of customer vaccine application processes • Assess customer needs, prioritize product allocations, and optimize inventory availability • Plan routes and deliver products in the assigned territory • Develop customer relationships and build loyalty to Zoetis poultry products and services • Train and evaluate customers on proper use and application of Zoetis products • Communicate with customers regarding Zoetis poultry products and services • Provide quality assurance standards and conduct audits • Maintain compliance with safe handling procedures for frozen vaccine products • Oversee and audit spray cabinet operation and utilization • Monitor marketing programs and strategic portfolio customer contracts • Provide sales colleagues with updates after customer visits • Provide training, corrective action, and visit summaries to internal and external stakeholders • Maintain required safety and regulatory certifications for handling and transporting frozen vaccines in liquid nitrogen • Maintain documentation for customer experience, inventory management, order fulfillment, regulatory, safety, and accounting needs • Review and update records to support audit readiness, traceability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Science, business administration, or similar is preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education • Two years of planning/scheduling utilizing an automated system or related experience • Poultry industry knowledge and awareness preferred • Proficient organizational and route planning skills • Good oral and written communication • Experience with SAP, Office Suite, and Salesforce • Ability to respond to common customer inquiries or complaints • Understanding of logistics and regulatory standards • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Availability for unsocial work hours • Travel required 60–80% of the time • Ability to work in a poultry hatchery where above-average heat and humidity are common • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds • Must maintain awareness of, or certifications required for, applicable safety and regulatory requirements associated with handling and transporting frozen vaccines in liquid nitrogen • Must possess or obtain authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship may be pursued at Zoetis’s discretion
