📋 Description

• Support the North American Hospital Sales force through technical ability and product knowledge • Install and configure software and hardware products within hospital systems • Train clients through on-site travel or remote tools • Participate in training Sales Teams as products develop • Contribute to knowledge base articles for Sales Engineering and Support • Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Management to support development of RescueNet Product Suites and associated hardware • Attend trade shows as required to support sales efforts

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred • Technical background highly desired • Strong presentation, customer service, and training skills • Experience with Single Sign On technologies • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving approach • Experience troubleshooting software installs • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Self-motivated and directed • Experience supporting a sales organization selling complex enterprise-wide software and hardware solutions • Ability to travel to sales regions from a home office • Travel requirement of 75%
