📋 Description
• Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods • Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc. • Mark findings on provided site maps • Track mileage and time • Return completed folders to your managers
🎯 Requirements
• Enjoy quiet solo work and flexibility • Detail-oriented and organized • Have a reliable vehicle, valid license, and insurance • Can lift up to 20 lbs and use a map or GPS • A brief background check (criminal and driving records) is required.
