📋 Description
• Drive through assigned new-construction residential neighborhoods • Visually identify lot status, including occupied homes, homes under construction, and vacant lots • Mark findings on provided site maps • Track mileage and time • Return completed folders to managers • Work once every quarter for 2–3 weeks, or every 90 days
🎯 Requirements
• Enjoy quiet solo work and flexibility • Detail-oriented and organized • Reliable vehicle • Valid driver’s license and insurance • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs • Ability to use a map or GPS • Brief background check, including criminal and driving records, is required
