📋 Description

• Own complex, cross-functional enablement programs for assigned Tier 1 product launches, transitions, deprecations, feature updates, and monthly customer releases • Define success measures, track early warning signs and results, and address adoption problems • Design engaging content strategies using eLearning modules, demo videos, product playbooks, and field-ready resources • Partner with Product SMEs and Role Enablement to design and deliver segment-specific training • Provide visibility into the product pipeline and integrate product enablement into existing motions • Navigate priorities and stakeholder interests across Product, Product Marketing, GTM PMO, and GTM Leadership • Build trusted advisor relationships with Solutions Consultant and Overlay leadership • Analyze enterprise reporting data from Mesh, Chorus, RevReady, Seismic, Allego, and other tools to identify gaps and opportunities • Develop targeted enablement programs for Solutions Consultant and Overlay audiences • Create, curate, and govern technical content, including training modules, demo videos, playbooks, solution templates, and FAQs • Design and deliver live virtual training for Solutions Consultant and Overlay audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Product Enablement, technical sales, or quota-carrying sales with technical aptitude • Experience owning product and/or solutions enablement strategy end-to-end for go-to-market audiences • Proven success operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience • Track record of influencing senior leaders without direct authority • Advanced product and market acumen • Ability to learn and articulate complex product capabilities, technical architectures, and integrations • Expertise designing and delivering scalable enablement programs across eLearning, demo video, live virtual training, and field-ready reference content • Experience with Revenue Tech Stack tools preferred, including ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Seismic, Allego, LLMs, Chorus, and Outreach • Demonstrated success delivering scalable enablement programs that drive measurable behavioral change and business results • Familiarity with ZoomInfo's GTMIP or comparable multi-product go-to-market intelligence platforms preferred
