📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate the daily workflow of Provider Enrollment staff • Maintain relationship with client/CRM, participate in client calls as needed, for at least two assigned enterprise clients • Assist with alert assignment from team queue and assist with more complex alerts • Assist staff with process and enrollment questions and problem solving • Frequent reporting review & distribution • Collaborate with staff, clients, client services and other operations on complex issues • Assist manager with client implementation and post implementation • Process integration, training, and mentoring new hires and existing staff • Manage timecard and PTO process • Assist with writing and delivering employee performance evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience • Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred • 2-4 years of provider enrollment experience • High level of understanding of physician billing • Ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex documents • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Capable of prioritizing workflow and able to ensure deadlines are met • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel • Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
