📋 Description

• Scope and sell Zscaler Professional Services packages across Enterprise and Commercial sectors • Develop the services business and partner with the license sales team to position services that accelerate customer time-to-value • Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams to ensure seamless transitions and aligned deployment outcomes • Articulate and sell the value of Professional Services within prospective and existing enterprise customer accounts • Work with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Architects to define and integrate services solutions into comprehensive proposals • Own the Services bookings quota in the assigned territory while achieving target attach rates • Execute technical scoping activities and produce proposals, Statements of Work, and resource plans for complex solutions • Lead training discovery and positioning to include appropriate training recommendations in proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving • 5+ years of experience selling Professional Services and/or Technology Solutions while meeting or exceeding bookings targets • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining positive relationships with key partners throughout the delivery process • 2+ years of experience scoping, producing, and delivering customer-aligned technical documentation, including Statements of Work and proposals • 3+ years of technical experience with Security technologies, Networking protocols, SaaS, and IaaS • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate customer success metrics and translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences
