📋 Description

• Support sales efforts in Zurich’s Los Angeles office and assigned region • Support growth and profitability through sales related to the Finance & Insurance book of business • Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts • Obtain referrals for new F&I business opportunities among large franchised automotive dealers • Support performance and key initiatives through ongoing training and development within dealerships • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, intranet, newsletter, and other relevant media • Attend conferences, seminars, training events, and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts as needed • Understand and respond to changing technology and IT requirements of customer accounts • Gain internal buy-in to maintain strong customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area • Ideal candidate will live in the territory, which includes California and may include parts of other states • Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology • Dealership training experience • Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership • Basic knowledge of all F&I products • Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims • Ability to multi-task • All candidates are subject to a driving record check • Employment sponsorship is not offered
