📋 Description

• Administer the core HCM system, Workday • Provide functional and technical expertise to support Workday systems and processes • Collaborate with corporate and field HR departments, IT, and other functional areas to identify process, system, and reporting enhancements • Evaluate, recommend, and implement best practices, processes, and solutions based on business requirements • Manage and communicate business processes to relevant stakeholders • Administer and configure Workday security, including domain security and user- and position-based security roles • Ensure security integrity and compliance with documented audit requirements • Support Workday modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, and Absence & Time Tracking • Support and lead projects and enhancements • Maintain compensation structures and profiles, translations, and other system functions and tables • Write, generate, and maintain reports, metrics, and dashboards • Maintain Workday organizational structure • Create and load EIBs as needed • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot, and assist users with business processes and Workday system issues and inquiries • Support the People Experience strategy in Workday, recommending improvements and implementing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred; or equivalent experience • 3 Years of Workday experience in multiple modules • Experience in Business Process, Reporting and Security • Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices and procedures • Ability to communicate well with non-technical and technical users • Ability to lead projects
