📋 Description

• Provide in-house repair service in a repair/service center or on-site technical service and support without sales and service quota • Provide technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals on product-related questions, issues, and problems • Provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for product demonstrations • Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues • Make technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations as needed • Support the Interventional Cardiology Therapies Operating Unit, which develops technologies for treating cardiovascular disease and improving patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience • Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience • Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience • Technical or related experience in medical devices, MedTech, healthcare, life sciences or relevant industries • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Ability to perform the physical demands and essential functions of the role, with reasonable accommodations as applicable
