📋 Description

• Lead large-scale Government of Canada security and information technology initiatives • Lead Mission Video Management System (MVMS) projects and other mission-critical security systems • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder government projects • Perform scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder management • Provide governance reporting and executive/project reporting • Support procurement, procurement planning, RFP development, contract management, and vendor management • Develop Statements of Work • Plan and execute projects across multiple organizations and locations • Support Government of Canada capital projects involving IT infrastructure, security systems, and physical security technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 25+ years of Project Manager experience, with experience obtained within the past 25 years • Demonstrated experience performing scope, schedule, cost, risk, stakeholder, governance reporting, procurement support, project planning, and execution activities • At least 5 consecutive years on a Government project valued at least $40M • Experience on projects involving more than two government departments/agencies • Experience on 5 or more complex security projects, including MVMS, video surveillance, physical security, access control, or security monitoring systems • Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk on complex security projects • Experience on 5 or more projects involving governance committees, executive/project reporting, procurement planning, RFP development, contract management, vendor management, and Statement of Work development • Experience on 5 or more projects involving multiple government organizations, international missions, foreign embassies, consulates, or cross-departmental stakeholder groups • Minimum 5 years supporting Government of Canada capital projects involving IT infrastructure, security systems, or physical security technologies • Experience with video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and security monitoring technologies • Current PMP certification or current PRINCE2 Practitioner certification • Current ITIL certification • Current Canadian Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licence
