📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leaders and internal Finance partners to understand operations, objectives, and strategies • Develop complex financial and operational models to improve operations and financial decisions • Participate in preparing complex components of operating budgets, including pricing assumptions, third-party agreements, and legal-entity issues • Identify and correct errors and faulty assumptions in budgeting work • Provide financial and operational analysis, reports, solutions, recommendations, strategies, and actions to senior and executive management • Participate in issue resolution and process improvement opportunities • Create presentations for senior management • Assess and interpret financial reports and alert senior management to significant issues and trends • Develop solutions and alternatives • Travel as needed for divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings • Fulfill business needs, which may include investing extra time and helping other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of related professional experience including 5+ years of experience supporting FP&A / Treasury functions required • Advanced analytical skills to effectively identify problems and develop solutions • Strong mathematics, organizational, and business writing skills • Project management skills • Experience working with operational / product / financial measures and models, business planning, cost/benefit analysis, project management and senior level analysis • Advanced interpersonal communication and inter-departmental relationship-building skills • Ability to lead and provide training and guidance to others • Advanced understanding of AAA business strategy and operational / product / financial concepts as applied to the Personal Lines division and AAA • Strong understanding of operational models and related reporting software • Understanding of insurance industry trends, regulatory requirements, and business practices, including insurance products, distribution channels, and risk management strategies • Ability to negotiate, collaborate across functions and deliver results through others • Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship
