📋 Description

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve the highest possible sales revenue in the assigned geography • Serve as a communication link between head office staff and the sales force • Complete sales force information requests, including TAM and Territory Business Plans • Clarify, communicate, and update territory goals, expectations, and priorities • Track and provide actual results versus goals to representatives • Update territory and district strategic action plans based on performance • Maintain contact with key customers, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and key influencers • Recommend actions to senior management based on customer needs and market developments • Ensure representatives learn and respect Abbott policies and procedures • Help representatives manage territory expenses, budgets, and samples • Manage overall district expenses within the district budget • Ensure marketing programs are properly executed • Create a high-achievement climate that inspires, motivates, and rewards high achievers • Encourage innovative and cost-effective ideas and ensure ethical actions • Communicate market developments to Marketing personnel and Canada operations staff • Provide input to the financial planning process • Forecast key products to assist in inventory management • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Science is required. • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales leadership role • Over 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing • Must be able to travel up to 30% over-night. • Standard work shift • Travel required • Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
