📋 Description

• Design and ship automated outbound and ABM workflows for enrichment, personalized sequencing, intent monitoring, and campaign orchestration • Build and maintain lead-scoring, ICP, and propensity models • Own and maintain clean, deduplicated, trustworthy CRM and marketing-automation data • Automate seller and campaign operations, including lead routing, transcript-to-CRM updates, meeting-note drafting, and follow-up sequencing • Define and refine SQL criteria and lead scoring with sales development leadership • Prototype, measure, and scale successful growth plays using Clay, AI agents, or similar tools • Adapt and localize automated workflows for EMEA and APAC • Build account-tiering, intent-signal, and reporting infrastructure for ABM programs • Integrate tier progression and engagement data into Salesforce and BI dashboards • Evaluate third-party data, enrichment, and automation tools and make build-versus-buy decisions • Report on meetings booked, hours saved, SQL/pipeline lift, and conversion-rate improvements • Report directly to Growth and partner with sales development, marketing, and international teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing, sales development, or a related operating role • Hands-on exposure to CRM/marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo • Ability to build automations or workflows using Clay, Zapier, or similar tools • Working familiarity with AI tools, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows • Experience with enterprise account-based marketing (ABM), tiered/segmented account lists, and personalized outreach at scale • Experience with intent-signal or sales-intelligence tools such as Sales Navigator, 6sense, or Warmly • Strong commercial judgment focused on SQL and pipeline targets • Ability to translate ambiguous growth problems into scoped, shippable builds in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment • Excellent cross-functional communication • Experimental mindset involving hypothesis testing, measurement, and iteration • Nice to have: B2B SaaS or health-tech experience • Nice to have: International/multi-region GTM operations exposure, including EMEA and APAC • Nice to have: Experience establishing a GTM engineering or growth systems function
