📋 Description

• Support applicants in real time while they complete Casper tests • Answer applicant questions and provide clear guidance in English and French • Troubleshoot common technical issues involving internet connections, browsers, or test access • Reassure confused, anxious, frustrated, or upset applicants and help them get back on track • Monitor live tests to ensure rules are followed • Connect with applicants when issues need to be addressed and flag matters for further review • Answer applicant questions and resolve issues outside scheduled tests • Review applicant ID submissions • Review test recordings when events require closer examination • Share feedback on recurring problems and experience improvements • Complete paid onboarding, online training, and two to three shadowing sessions before independently supporting tests

🎯 Requirements

• Live anywhere in Canada • Be legally able to work in Canada • Strong English and French skills, both written and spoken • Reliable computer and internet connection • Smartphone for two-factor authentication • Availability to support the live test schedule, mostly evenings and weekends in Eastern Time, with occasional early-morning sessions • No plans to apply in the near future to a school or program that requires Casper • Thoughtful use of AI in applications; final application must reflect the applicant’s own experiences, ideas, and voice
