🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer (with a strong preference for Python, JavaScript/TypeScript experience) • Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch and in-memory stores such as Redis • Experience working on AI projects with 3rd party LLM providers, such as OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic • Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs for external developers • Ability to articulate technical decisions clearly, explaining not just the “what” but the “why” behind architectural choices, trade-offs, and implementation details • Proven experience mentoring engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge-sharing
