📋 Description

• Help shape the commercial strategy and growth of healthcare innovation initiatives • Work closely with executive leadership, product and technology teams, healthcare partners, and international collaborators • Build strategic relationships across the healthcare ecosystem • Identify and validate market opportunities • Develop partnership and growth strategies • Support pilot programs and innovation initiatives • Create pathways to scale successful solutions • Position Aequilibrium as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation • Engage with healthcare leaders to improve learning outcomes, workforce readiness, operational efficiency, and patient care

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation, healthcare strategy, or growth leadership • Experience working with healthcare organizations, hospitals, health authorities, academic institutions, or healthcare technology companies • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives • Excellent communication and presentation skills
