📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management of mid-year and annual compensation cycles • Plan projects, create timelines, build training and enablement resources, facilitate meetings, create communications, and provide ad-hoc cycle support • Use Sigma Dashboards, the Radford Global Compensation Database, and Pave for compensation analyses and story-building • Research actual versus market pay positioning, leveling distributions versus market practices, offer and candidate trends, retention risk, spans/layers, and workforce priorities • Support business initiatives across Technology and Business functions • Provide operational support for incentive compensation design, including coordinating kickoff meetings, facilitating leader focus groups, and creating or updating incentive plan documents • Refine and uphold Compensation programmatic frameworks through ongoing processes and special projects • Provide education and consultation on compensation structure, guidance, and programs • Maintain the standard job architecture catalog in Workday and internal team documents • Participate in external compensation survey sessions, such as AON, to monitor market trends and share insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compensation • Understanding of core compensation concepts and programs • Experience leading and managing projects from start to finish using a standard project management lifecycle approach • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across internal teams and cross-functional partners • Strong relationship management skills, including consulting, influencing, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships • Passion for working with data and compiling analysis to tell the story and create solutions • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides • Ability to manage multiple deliverables while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Ability to be flexible and adapt to different methods through innovation and experimentation • Experience working within the technology industry is a plus
