📋 Description

• Support development of new and existing products to improve performance, operating efficiency, ease of manufacture, total cost of ownership, market fit, maintainability, reliability, control, packaging, environmental qualities, or product range • Modify product designs and overall specifications to make best use of available components • Prepare Project Design Pack documentation for sales proposals • Compile schematic and layout drawings using CAD • Advise Sales on project-specific design issues and propose engineering solutions • Design power packages to suit project needs and maximize use of Aggreko fleet products • Design, specify, and practically use controls-associated equipment, including SCADA • Work with procurement to ensure components meet specifications • Prepare complete records and documentation of product modifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline • Registered as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or actively pursuing Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada • Experience with product design, product development, engineering analysis, or technical project support • Proficiency in CAD software for creating schematic and layout drawings • Knowledge of power generation systems, electrical distribution, controls, SCADA systems, or industrial equipment is considered an asset
