📋 Description

• Lead the development of engineering solutions from concept through detailed design, engineering, and Bill of Materials (BoM) creation. • Manage and document project modifications, ensuring alignment with customer and business requirements. • Support Project Delivery teams during planning, installation, commissioning, and project closeout activities. • Design, develop, and implement control systems that improve equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. • Create engineering design reports and electrical/mechanical schematic drawings using CAD software. • Coordinate and manage technical design changes throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to specify and design specialized electrical equipment solutions. • Lead the technical execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with all applicable quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, Industrial, or a related discipline). • 7+ years of experience managing complex engineering, industrial, power generation, temperature control, or infrastructure projects from concept through completion. • Experience working in power generation, temporary utilities, energy solutions, industrial services, or related industries is considered a strong asset. • Proficiency with CAD software and the ability to interpret and create technical drawings, schematics, and engineering reports. • Proven project management skills and strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, change management, and quality assurance processes. • Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, P.Eng., or equivalent professional certification is considered an asset.
