📋 Description

• Close transactions in EZMax, Broker Wolf and TRX simultaneously • Determine transaction eligibility for eXpress Pay and add eligible transactions to the funding sheet • Confirm agent and team splits • Keep the productivity tab updated with current transaction statuses • Ensure proper documentation is received before closing transactions • Verify dates are correct across all platforms before closing • Ensure funds are allocated properly in EZMax and Broker Wolf before closing • Communicate current deal statuses with agents and the Transactions Department after closing dates • Attend meetings when required • Perform assigned tasks efficiently and within provided timeframes • Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through email, instant messaging, video conferences, or other designated channels • Attend virtual meetings, provide progress updates, and participate in discussions • Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including data security and confidentiality • Complete assigned projects and tasks with attention to detail and quality • Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines • Update job knowledge through training or self-directed learning • Collaborate with colleagues using remote collaboration tools • Take ownership of assigned work and address challenges • Remain available and responsive during agreed-upon working hours

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required or equivalent years of applicable experience • 1-2 years experience • High attention to detail • Solid understanding of the real estate life cycle process • Agile/Flexible attitude • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service abilities • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred • Experience in coordinating events and group activities • Conflict resolution and active listening abilities • Proficient knowledge of G Suite required • Microsoft Office experience is a bonus • Remote Work experience required • Dedicated home-office/work space • Advanced Trello experience preferred • Aptitude for using online platforms and software to work remotely • Experience with EZMax, Broker Wolf, Skyslope and TRX • Clear understanding of EZMax • Expert knowledge of Agent ICA and Team Contracts
