📋 Description

• Assist with needs analysis, training development, logistics and delivery • Coach and mentor employees • Support quality assurance by sharing expertise throughout the product/service delivery process • Analyze and help diagnose issues • Provide opinions in accordance with discipline-specific rules • Develop recommendations and implementation plans • Develop tools, methods and processes • Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making • Monitor the application of management policies and practices • Analyze risks and write reports • Prepare recommendations and provide implementation advice • Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues • Develop and write methods and processes • Interact with stakeholders in other fields • Provide discipline-specific support to the unit, clients and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • A minimum of two years of relevant experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Knowledge of French is required
