📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive training solutions tailored to project needs • Manage projects within required timelines to ensure successful delivery • Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, Subject Matter Experts, and client stakeholders • Understand and adapt to learners' needs • Identify, measure, and evaluate learner competence and outcomes • Manage solutions, records, and documentation in compliance with internal and client standards • Acquire and maintain intermediate knowledge of core and supplemental applications • Create training content for guides, videos, and Instructor-Led Training materials across delivery methods and platforms • Deliver live training with clarity and confidence as needed • Design, develop, and deliver adoption solutions for key stakeholders and end users

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or equivalent solutions • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP) • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Capability to develop and deliver training presentations and materials while applying Adult Learning Theory principles • Technological proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems for training purposes • Strong team-facing communication skills and demonstrated success collaborating with customers and team members • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Proficient English • Proficient French • Bachelor's degree is an extra edge/preferred, not required • Previous experience with Microsoft AI/Copilot and/or Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM is an extra edge • Familiarity with Power Platform and Modern Work is an extra edge
