• Provide change management, business readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, and AI enablement services for the Consumer Licensing Enquiry Outreach (CLEO) initiative • Develop, maintain, and execute integrated Business Readiness and Organizational Change Management strategies aligned with project scope, milestones, releases, and deployments • Identify readiness requirements, dependencies, assumptions, constraints, organizational impacts, and risks associated with new technologies and AI-enabled processes • Identify affected stakeholder groups and conduct change impact, stakeholder readiness, and organizational preparedness assessments • Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies, materials, briefings, presentations, updates, executive reporting content, FAQs, and knowledge resources • Develop and maintain CLEO training approaches and oversee user guides, instructor-led materials, quick reference guides, job aids, process documentation, FAQs, learning resources, and knowledge articles • Coordinate training planning, scheduling, logistics, delivery, workshops, demonstrations, knowledge transfer, and awareness sessions • Develop strategies for user adoption and sustained operational use of CLEO and associated digital capabilities • Support leaders, managers, and subject matter experts in preparing users for new processes, technologies, and approved AI-enabled ways of working • Coordinate deployment readiness, go-live, stabilization, transition to operations, hyper-care, and continuous improvement activities • Monitor readiness indicators and provide recommendations on risks, adoption challenges, mitigation requirements, and improvement opportunities • Provide status reporting and participate in governance forums, steering committee briefings, readiness reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive reporting sessions • Maintain change management documentation, training artifacts, communications materials, and project records • Leverage approved AI-assisted tools where appropriate while ensuring human review, accountability, privacy, security, accessibility, accuracy, and compliance
