📋 Description

• Consult with the business to analyze learning and performance needs • Design, develop, and support implementation of targeted, engaging learning solutions • Partner with Business Stakeholders, Project Teams, and SMEs to conduct needs analysis, define learning objectives, and recommend learning solutions • Lead instructional design projects from intake and analysis through design, development, evaluation, and handover • Recommend learning strategies and delivery methods, including instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, blended, job aids, and performance support • Plan, design, and develop learning solutions in English and French • Apply ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning, and instructional design methodologies • Design learning assessments and evaluation approaches • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, timelines, resource coordination, capacity planning, and delivery milestones • Contribute lessons learned, templates, and best practices to continuous L&D improvement • Report to the Manager, Learning & Development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing learning solutions using tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond, or other authoring tools • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning project management practices • Bilingualism in English and French (oral and written) is required • Demonstrated ability to manage learning projects end-to-end, including stakeholder consultation and multiple concurrent initiatives • Experience designing and developing technical or complex learning content • Experience using digital adoption or in-application learning tools (e.g., Whatfix or similar) to embed guidance, job aids, and performance support directly within business systems • Ability to quickly learn new subject matter and work effectively with SMEs • Experience in the insurance industry is considered an asset
