📋 Description

• Handle inquiries received by phone, email, chat, or fax from internal and external customers. • Provide customers with product information and resolve their concerns. • Support, develop, and lead new initiatives using functional expertise and knowledge of the company. • Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and promote Allstate home and auto insurance products. • Analyze customers’ current and future needs and recommend suitable products. • Provide personalized service as a trusted insurance advisor. • Promote product features and benefits during periodic customer portfolio reviews. • Manage policy renewals and requests to modify insurance contracts. • Respond to inquiries received online by email. • Upsell and cross-sell auto and home insurance products in accordance with underwriting guidelines. • Promote customer retention during policy renewals and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Hold an Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) license or be willing to obtain one in your province of residence. • Have 1 to 3 years of customer service experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Availability to work some evenings, as well as Saturdays and Sundays, on a rotating schedule. • Assets: call center experience. • Assets: insurance industry experience. • Assets: experience with upselling and cross-selling. • This position is open to residents of Quebec and Ontario outside the Greater Toronto Area, subject to the position’s location eligibility criteria.
