📋 Description

• Create the framework for a zero-to-one product lifecycle from initial data analysis through launch • Create user stories, product milestones, and roadmaps • Support product managers in creating detailed PRDs • Work with internal capital markets and investment research experts to understand user pain points, validate product hypotheses, prompt innovation, and inform prioritization • Bridge complex user workflows and technical execution by translating analytical needs into data architectures • Partner with Web, Excel, and AI platform peers to ensure seamless data delivery • Partner with Directors to manage resourcing, reporting, and milestone tracking across two major projects • Mentor and coach product managers to elevate functional excellence and build high-performing product teams • Collaborate with engineers to validate solutions using customer feedback, strategic objectives, market analysis, and technical feasibility • Monitor industry trends and competing content sets to inform product and content vision • Interact with customers to understand workflows and pain points and document actionable feedback • Communicate complex ideas to cross-departmental partners and gain alignment and buy-in

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including several years in the fintech, investment research, or financial services industry • Proven track record of managing complex products with many moving parts • Ability to make difficult trade-off decisions and sequence development to deliver value under tight deadlines • Strong communication skills and highly team-oriented • Meticulous attention to detail • Experience with Notion and Linear • Comfortable using SQL, LLMs, or a combination to query complex datasets, audit for quality, and translate technical findings into user value is considered an asset • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business, MBA or a CFA designation
