📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise service professional partners as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor • Own retention and revenue growth across the portfolio • Build trusted relationships with partner leadership, including VPs, C-suite executives, and owners • Lead regular executive business reviews with performance insights and strategic recommendations • Conduct ongoing discovery into partners’ business evolution, competitive pressures, and growth priorities • Serve as the primary escalation point and drive cross-functional resolution • Collaborate with partners on marketing strategies and platform investments tied to growth goals • Analyze partner performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Translate complex data into narratives and action plans for executive audiences • Build and maintain forecasts covering funnel performance, seasonal trends, and spend pacing • Recommend and implement data-driven account adjustments • Identify expansion opportunities and build ROI-based business cases for increased platform investment • Negotiate contracts and agreements • Support pilot programs and new initiatives while managing retention risk

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business strategy and operations in a fast-paced environment • Experience presenting to or partnering with C-suite stakeholders • Strong analytical fluency and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets • Demonstrated ability to own outcomes end-to-end with limited oversight • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building structure where none exists • Bachelor's degree required
