📋 Description
• Provide technical support remotely and onsite to FSO personnel • Establish success criteria and develop comprehensive action plans • Support and provide technical feedback to improve fleet performance • Guide and coach field engineers in troubleshooting techniques • Create troubleshooting guides and support technical documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical field • 7+ years of experience with Applied Materials DDP products or similar • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Apps, and internal systems such as SAP, VSPI and ARK.
