📋 Description

• Provide leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for remote hospitality and support service operations • Manage client and community relationships at the location • Assess operations and develop plans to optimize service and drive employee and customer satisfaction • Lead teams providing operational expertise in contracted services and manage hands-on execution • Build, develop, and lead management teams and staff • Recommend methods, resources, and implementation plans for service improvement and growth • Manage budgets and assist with improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity in partnership with Finance • Manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain associated records and reports • Ensure compliance with Aramark operating standards, safety standards, and Business Conduct Policy • Depending on assignment, oversee food services, housekeeping, facility maintenance, accommodations, retail operations, transportation, and other support services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment • Proven ability leading through other managers • Experience creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis • Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives • Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff • Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements • Must successfully pass pre-access Drug & Alcohol testing and a Criminal Record Check • Ability to perform physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing • May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
