• Lead an accomplished team of Account Managers and Channel Partners in a player/coach capacity • Exceed revenue target goals for the Toronto territory • Drive new revenue for Arista’s Open Networking platforms • Lead, manage, and mentor Account Managers in Toronto • Develop a strategic go-to-market business plan for the Greater Toronto Area • Build sales pipeline through relationships with top-tier prospects, partners, and customers • Hire, develop, motivate, and retain regional sales talent through coaching and mentoring • Manage and grow customer relationships and revenue for Arista’s Cognitive Cloud Networking solutions, switching platforms, Cognitive Campus Wi-Fi, AI Networking products, DANZ Automated Fabric Monitoring, Network Detection & Response, Endpoint Security, and AI-driven Network Identity solutions • Prospect and develop partner resellers in the territory • Build relationships with value-added resellers and grow business through partnerships • Participate in marketing program planning, development, execution, and measurement • Interface with Arista headquarters to coordinate sales and marketing activity • Monitor client satisfaction and escalate dissatisfaction for quick resolution • Foster a collaborative team environment within a matrix management organization • Set priorities and schedules to meet established goals and commitments • Report to a Regional Sales Director or Area VP of Sales • Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Qualified candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area • Proven track record of successfully selling networking solutions within the local market • Sales leadership experience leading a senior sales team • Experience selling into large enterprise organizations • Sales success in the territory and relationships with key contacts for target accounts • Network sales experience and understanding of data center, campus, and cloud technologies • Knowledge of the local and regional market space and relationships with Arista partners in the data center technology area • BA/BS degree • 12+ years of sales experience in high tech, preferably in the networking sector, routers/switches, or competitors such as Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, or Aruba • Previous experience managing, leading, and building sales teams • Demonstrated history of consistent sales achievement over target • Consistent track record developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle from generating leads to closing deals • Core domain knowledge of networking solutions, network routers/switches, and selling into data center and campus environments • Demonstrated success with CXO and multi-level selling • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships • Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services • Strong time management and ability to multitask • Takes initiative and follows through • Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity
