📋 Description

• Work alongside the Recruitment team in promoting ARS as a great place to work • Make outbound calls to cold candidate lists to re-engage interest • Engage with candidates via email and text message campaigns • Assist in screening candidates for basic job responsibilities • Review candidate video submissions through HireVue • Schedule interviews for high-volume roles, targeting 15+ daily • Ensure accurate and ongoing management of candidate data using the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System • Assist the Talent Acquisition Systems & Compliance Manager with ongoing data entry projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years • 1+ year of HR, Recruiting, and/or Inside Sales experience • 1+ year of interview scheduling experience • Proven experience working in a remote setting • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to quickly pivot between priority tasks in an ever-changing environment • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills • Proven ability to build successful interpersonal relationships with peers and management teams • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus • Applicants from Colorado, Washington, and California are excluded • Temporary six-month position
