📋 Description

• Build dashboards, data pipelines, and operations applications that the revenue team adopts • Validate builds against live systems • Improve existing revenue-team agents and add skills, integrations, and autonomous workflows with measurable outcomes • Build marketing tools to identify pipeline drivers and increase Marketing output • Build internal sales tools including post-call follow-ups, demo environments, research, prospecting and enrichment pipelines, competitive battlecards, and trusted pipeline data • Build partner and customer operations workflows for health reporting, onboarding, renewal, and expansion • Capture and document shipped work, the problems solved, and user adoption • Research real business problems and recommend technical solutions • Own follow-up when tools are not adopted

🎯 Requirements

• Built at least one agent and one automated workflow that someone used • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or a comparable agentic tool • Ability to direct agents through research, spec, build, and validate • Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions • Product instinct and focus on user adoption • Ability to validate work rigorously and identify unsourced gaps • Systems thinking across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Ability to work quickly in ambiguity and document work • Ability to support opinions with data and commit to decisions • Ability to deliver live, usable products • n8n experience is a plus • Experience with AI coding agents, production internal tools, no-code tools such as Zapier or n8n, and HR tech, compensation, or people analytics are bonus points
