📋 Description

• Work alongside a product development team to apply data mining, analytics, and machine learning methods to understand customer product usage, adoption, and outcomes • Lead junior and senior data scientists and analysts • Apply statistical techniques to model customer behavior and trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement • Build predictive and descriptive statistical models for customer lifetime value and retention • Develop actionable business and product strategy from data science analyses • Partner with executive staff and contribute to decisions affecting the Autodesk Construction Solutions business

🎯 Requirements

• MS/PhD in Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Statistics/Analytics, Computer Science, or another relevant field • Proficiency in Python • Experience with relational SQL and/or NoSQL databases • Experience with big data platforms including Hadoop, Spark, and Hive • Experience with statistical programming tools such as R, Matlab, SAS, Python data science toolkits, etc. • Experience with data science toolkits including pandas, Jupyter, scikit, and TensorFlow • Familiarity with statistics concepts and analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design • Familiarity with machine learning techniques, including classification, clustering, regularization, optimization, and dimension reduction • Experience implementing reporting programs such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, and PowerBI • Experience with data visualization tools • Experience in customer analytics • Good communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience owning complex projects from start to finish • Ability to define a data science roadmap and execute it collaboratively
