📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of Axonius’s global events portfolio and executive programs • Own and execute the end-to-end global events strategy, including Axonius Adapt, key industry conferences such as RSA and Black Hat, and executive-level programs • Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, and internal alignment • Collaborate with Campaigns, Regional, and Product marketing teams to develop integrated programs for executive audiences • Track, analyze, and report on event performance, providing optimization recommendations • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to create executive experiences that deepen customer relationships and accelerate deal velocity • Lead management of the marketing plan and budget across the organization • Report to the CMO

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of direct experience managing and executing large-scale B2B event marketing programs • Proven experience managing program budgets, vendors, and logistics with measurable ROI outcomes • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with an eye for detail and operational excellence • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and on-site event execution • Experience planning and executing events in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry • Prior experience supporting or launching an inaugural customer or user conference • Familiarity with developing and executing executive-level (e.g., CxO) programs and experiences • Proficiency in tools for tracking and reporting event performance and pipeline acceleration
