📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce Axya’s platform and uncover customer needs. • Identify decision-makers, assess fit, and ensure a strong handoff to the sales team. • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine targeting strategies and campaign messaging. • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and track all sales activities diligently. • Consistently achieve and surpass weekly/monthly goals for qualified meetings. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to effectively position Axya’s value. • Share insights from prospect interactions to help shape sales strategies, product improvements, and marketing campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally within manufacturing, procurement, or ERP solutions. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions. • Strong phone presence and confidence in outbound prospecting. • Comfortable working in a high-energy, goal-driven environment. • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and familiarity with sales automation platforms. • Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain, or manufacturing workflows is a strong asset. • Highly motivated, coachable, and thrives in a team-first culture.
