📋 Description

• Identify and recruit qualified physicians for contracted assignments • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates, establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a locum tenens career • Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals • Build and maintain relationships internally and externally • Pursue continuous improvement and career advancement • Achieve results and meet recruiting goals • Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining urgency • Provide client-centered customer service • Grow Aya Healthcare’s Locum Tenens service line by initiating contact with physicians and introducing them to locum tenens careers
