📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business requirements and design processes aligned with business objectives and best practices • Partner with Operations to identify servicing needs, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities • Provide recommendations and future-state solutions aligning operational capabilities with business needs • Drive initiatives improving operational efficiency, service consistency, quality, and customer outcomes • Support implementation of new technologies, operational initiatives, and service model changes • Partner with Product and Technology teams to support operational readiness for technology initiatives • Support testing, adoption planning, communication, training support, and post-implementation stabilization • Assist with organizational change initiatives, transformation efforts, and operational improvement programs

🎯 Requirements

• Prior corporate travel experience • Experience in operations, process improvement, project management, consulting, or program management • Experience designing and documenting requirements, processes, workflows, and scope of services • Knowledge of GDS Amadeus • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
