📋 Description

• Maintain BCLC casino gaming equipment through repairs and maintenance • Complete projects that enhance player experience • Resolve incidents related to sensitive player complaints with diplomacy and tact • Complete assigned duties supporting a high-performing casino environment • Assign work to others in larger facilities or operate independently in smaller locations • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Provide customer service and investigate incidents related to player complaints • Execute project plans and move machines safely within the casino environment • Keep gaming equipment in good working condition and operational • Stay current with evolving gaming equipment technology • Report to a Manager of Business Operations • Travel occasionally to a secondary location within the region

🎯 Requirements

• Recognized technical degree or diploma in electronics or technology support • 3 to 4 years previous technical (hardware) experience or a related background is preferred • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered • Previous customer service experience is preferred • Ability to comprehend and apply internal control concepts, verifications and procedural review requirements • Ability to compile and analyse information and make informed decisions • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity, diplomacy, tact and confidentiality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical thinking and innovation • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts • Ability to work at multiple locations within a set region • Ability to lift 25 kg • Must be at least 19 years of age • Legally eligible to work in Canada
